Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 September 2026
1. What the service does
LeadPilot AI places automated outbound phone calls to business telephone numbers on behalf of the client, qualifies the person who answers, and reports the result.
2. Business-to-business only
The service is for business-to-business outreach only. The client must not upload consumer lists, personal mobile numbers, or any list that has not been lawfully obtained for commercial contact. Accounts found doing so are suspended.
3. The client is responsible for the leads
The client is the caller for legal purposes and is solely responsible for:
- having a lawful basis to contact each business number uploaded;
- the accuracy of the lead data;
- complying with all applicable telemarketing, privacy and do-not-call laws in the jurisdictions called, including federal and state rules and industry-specific rules;
- honouring do-not-call requests, which the platform also enforces automatically.
4. AI identification
Every call identifies the caller as an AI assistant working on behalf of the client's company. This cannot be disabled, and the client must not attempt to disguise the automated nature of the call.
5. Calling hours and limits
Calls are only placed inside the calling window the client configures, and never above the daily call cap. Exceeding either requires an explicit change by the client, who then carries the consequences.
6. Opt-out handling
If any contact asks not to be called again, the number is suppressed immediately and permanently. This is a hard rule of the platform and is not configurable.
7. Usage, minutes and billing
Plans are not unlimited. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of calling minutes and a daily call cap. Overage minutes and telephony costs are billed separately at the rates shown in your account. Plans renew monthly until cancelled.
8. Suspension
We may suspend a client, a campaign, or the service as a whole if we believe calls are being made without a lawful basis, if opt-outs are being circumvented, if AI identification is being removed, or if the platform is being used outside business-to-business outreach.
9. No guarantee of results
The service places calls and reports outcomes. It does not guarantee a number of answers, interested leads or booked appointments.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this installation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous month.
11. Recording
Calls may be recorded, and every call says so at the start. The client is responsible for complying with any consent requirements that apply to their calls.
